Hello! I'm a 29 year old female (5'5" and at my highest weight, 238.7 lbs). I recently started using Reddit and was happy to see this group because it motivates me to turn my life around, but I feel like I'm in a rut. After years of struggle and humiliation, I finally told my doctors about my binging. I don't know why I do it, sometimes I'm not even hungry. What is wrong with me!? Sometimes I'm exercising and eating fruits and vegetables... doing great, but if I fail in my diet or exercise for more than a few days, I become depressed and disgusted with myself and fall back into old habits and binge eating. Both of my doctors - mental health and primary - shrugged this off like it was a pathetic problem not worthy of discussion. Am I really just a pig that needs more self control? The next step in how the process of egg freezing works – this is all about the shots. I mentioned in my last video that I thought the shots I was going to have to give myself where going to be super easy – like an epi-pen. I thought they’d be automatic and I’d just click it into my stomach super quick and easy and be on my lil way. Yeah… no. It was a lot more complicated than that. But it was do-able. I think the fact that I assumed it would be so easy but then realizing it was a real injection made it more difficult. My expectations were incorrect and that led me into this process a little more overwhelmed than if I knew from the start it would be a real shot with real measurements and real needles. Note: No one straight up told me it was going to be an epipen style injection. I saw that some of the shots are available in a pre-measured and ready to go injection like an epi-pen in my research. Do you exercise at home?

[M30] Well, I just moved and my new local gym is a lot less affordable than the old one :/ In the few weeks since, I've gained a bunch of the weight I had lost and I can am getting really depressed about it. I'm trying to stay as active as possible but I know that, much as I hate it, what I need is regular gym-like exercise. So I'm now looking for things I can do at home. Here are my constraints: Extremely tight budget. I don't have machines / equipment and can't afford new stuff (other than small cheap gadgets) Nothing noisy. My neighbours below have already complained about the noise when I move around. In other words, no jumping around. Chest / Upper body is my weakest and what needs the most training. I do some crunches and push-ups in front of the TV but I just get really bored and can't stay focused.
